Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting CP is a standard device only when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is provided for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited domain names in one single hosting user account. This is accomplishable owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other CP setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available solely in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must use 2 autonomous hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain name registration/transfer/management possibilities. If you select Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web server, there will be no Control Panel possibility.
Domains Hosted 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available hosting Control Panel setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your top level domain names in one web hosting user account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP tools do not present such option at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and this is why they need TWO autonomous user accounts: 1 domain administration/billing/support account and 1 site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
